First Gua Bao @ BaoHaus NYC
Gua bao with pork belly. This was my first gua bao ever so I didn’t really have anything to compare it with but it was so good. The bao was sweet and soft and so was the pork. I loved it but the sister said that Momofuku’s is alot better.
Gua bao with fried chicken. So good! Fried chicken had a unique slightly curry taste. I am rarely impressed by fried chicken and would not have selected this one if the guy behind the counter didn’t recommend it, but it was amazing! Better than the pork one too imho.
Fob drink: Lemonda with Jelly. So sweet, so asian, and oh-so good!
