Saturday Brunch @ Di Bella

My coffee-loving friend took me to Di Bella yesterday for Brunch. Though I am not a coffee drinker I quite liked the place. It reminded me of St. Ali, busy but wait wasn’t too long, simple but tasty menu… Restaurant had a rustic, homey feel and the service was excellent… Definitely the place to go for a nice long brunch :) 

The friend opted for the muesli which she said tasted like something she could make at home, but good nonetheless… :)

I had the ocean trout… Usually comes with a poached egg but I opted for no poached egg (skin diet *sniff). Thought it was overcooked at first because of the skin but it tasted delicious! A little crispy on the outside but moist and soft underneath. It was a simple dish overall but very tasty. Perfect serving size too…Left with a very satisfied belly…
