Cheese souffle with corn and avocado salsa and smoked salmon @ Chez Dre
Posting this a little late but had this at Chez Dre a couple of weeks ago and boy was it delicious! The cheese souffle was so fluffy and slightly creamy, but not too airy that it didn’t fill you up and the avocado salsa was very fresh…perfect brunch for a sunny day in winter. I was pleasantly surprised by this as it was not on the menu during my last visit to Chez Dre. I hope this sticks around for awhile! :)
